Harley Edward Keene, 67, of Wallburg, passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born September 1, 1950, in Russell County, WV, he was the son of the late Charlie Andrew Keene and the late Ethel Florence Elkins Keene. Mr. Keene was a US Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War, and retired from Purolator.

He is survived by his fiancée, Leeann Woodworth of the home; daughters, Heather Vernon of High Point, and Monica Tanner and husband Alan of MD; and seven grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 6:30 PM Monday, December 11, 2017, at Wright Cremation & Funeral Service.
