Halie Marie Cook

Halie Marie Cook, 21, of Thomasville, NC, passed away on April 12, 2020.

Halie was born in Davidson County to Lola Mischelle Calloway and Brandon Scott Cook on January 14, 1999. She was a strong hearted working woman who always wore a smile and always lit up a room. She never met a stranger and loved to listen to her music. She loved her family especially her little girl Penelope.

Halie is survived by her daughter Penelope Reign Burton, her mother Lola Mischelle Calloway, her father Brandon Scott Cook, her sister Heather Lynn Cook, her brother Stanley Randall Bowers Jr, her step sisters Briana, Mishoe, Shauna, and Lanie, her nephew Isaiah Luke Miller, her niece Azarie Elizabeth Mooson, her cousins Jen Jen, Rodney, Bryson, Brantley, Kylie, her aunts Jennifer and Jessica, her uncle Cliff, and baby’s father Shamari Burton.

A Graveside service will be held at 2pm April 29, 2020 at Gospel Light Baptist Church located at 890 Walkertown Guthrie Rd, Winston Salem, NC 27101. Pastor Matt Morrison will be officiating.
