G.W. Lambert

G.W. Lambert 90, of High Point, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at Pine Ridge Health and Rehab.

Born December 28, 1929, in Loudon, Tennessee, he was a son of the late George Lambert and the late Gertrude Lambert. Mr. Lambert was a US Army veteran and a retired finisher with Alma Desk.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Clodfelter Lambert of the home; son, Ricky Lambert and wife Adrienne of Thomasville; daughters, Janet Lambert of Thomasville, and Diane Powers of Thomasville; stepdaughters, Sue Winfrey and husband Mike of Archdale, Margaret Kohler of High Point, and Jean Cobb and husband Ronald of Trinity; sisters, Carolyn Franks of Tennessee, and June Viars of Tennessee; several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Sam Lambert, daughter, Rhonda Lambert, and stepson Buddy Parrish.
