Gurney Diamond

Gurney Lee Diamond, Sr., 80, of High Point, passed away unexpectedly Friday, June 19, 2026, at his home.

Born June 14, 1946, in Greensboro, he was a son of the late Gurney Haywood Diamond and the late Janie Collie Diamond.

Those left to cherish his memory; his wife, Judy Waddell Diamond, of the home; sons, Patrick Diamond and wife Melissa of Greensboro, Lee Diamond, Jr. of Greensboro, and Thomas Diamond of Virginia Beach; brother, John Diamond; sisters, Doris Diamond and Gay Diamond; and four grandchildren.

No formal services are planned.
