Glenda Connor Thornton
Glenda Connor Thornton, 73, of High Point, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020, at High Point Medical Center.
Born October 13, 1946, in Guilford County, she was a daughter of the late Glenn Connor and the late Ruth Underwood Connor.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Thornton of the home; son, Jerry Wayne Queen, Jr. of Archdale; daughter, Wendy Ruth Queen of Greensboro; sister, Maxine Sechrest (Larry) of High Point; grandchildren, Garrett Foley, Irlend Foley, and Logan Queen.
A reception for family and friends will be announced later.
Memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Food Pantry, 2301 S. Main St., High Point, NC 27263.
