Gerald "Jerry" Phillip Mclean, Sr.

Gerald “Jerry” Phillip McLean, Sr., 81, of High Point, passed away Friday, July 8, 2022, at his home.

Born, September 16, 1940, in Plattsburgh, New York, he was the son of the late Reginald McLean and the late Ida Lincoln McLean. Jerry proudly served the United States Army from 1959-1963. He was a proud and devoted father; he loved his family passionately. Jerry was avid about serving and helping others in his community.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Adrianne McLean (Justin) of Washington; sons, Jordan McLean (Kaleigh) of Sylva, Daniel McLean (Kim) of Saranack Lake, NY, Mike McLean (Roger) of Waynesville, and Gerald McLean, Jr. (Jeana) of the home; grandchildren, Grayson McLean and Andrew McLean; and brother, Robert McLean (Ann) of Lake Placid, NY.

There will be no formal services held at this time.
