Georgia (G.G.) Embler Frye

Georgia (G.G.) Embler Frye, 61, of Winston Salem, passed away Monday, December 27, 2021, at her home.

Born April 18, 1960, in Guilford County, she was a daughter of the late Carlos Earl Embler and the late Mary Ruth Vocannon.  Georgia worked as a knitter in hosiery mills.

She is survived by grandsons Tyler Key and Carson both of Trinity; brothers, Ted Embler (Jannie) of Thomasville, Gene Embler of Winston Salem, Samuel Embler (Brenda) of Thomasville and John Embler of High Point; sister, Kathy VonHoy (Terry) of High Point.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Frye.
