George William Bratsis, 76, of 415 Friddle Drive, High Point, NC  27260, passed away Friday, October 27, 2017, at Pine Ridge Nursing Center.

Born August 22, 1941, in Pageton, WV, he was a son of the late Toney Bratsis and the late Lealia Ellis Bratsis. Mr. Bratsis was a machine operator with XL Fastener Company.

He is survived by his daughter, Linda Marrs, of High Point; sisters, Goldie Woolen, of MO, and Marina Hallinan of SC; great-grandchildren, Peyton, AJ, and Levi.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Shelby Casey Bratsis; son, Roy Marrs; daughter, Janice Baldwin; and granddaughter, Casey Baldwin Rhodes.

At the request of Mr. Bratsis there will be no services.

Wright Cremation & Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
