Gary Michael Smith

Gary Michael Smith, 49, of Canton, NC, passed away on November 15, 2021 in Raleigh, NC.

Mike was born in High Point, NC to Gary Smith and late Judy Mendenhall. He was a simple man who had a passion for construction work. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting antiques and building furniture. Mike was a humble man and never met a stranger. He worked in Construction. His most notable accomplishments were his children and his grandson Bentley Jones. He truly will be loved and missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his late mother Judy Taylor Mendenhall.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Rhonda Smith, father Gary Smith and wife Alma, son Killion Smith, two daughters Cayce Jones, Reva Key, and two sisters Michelle Smith and Shelly Jenkins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1pm November 27, 2021 at New Heights Baptist Church located at 5082 Meadowbrook Drive, Trinity, NC 27370.
