Gary Thomas Davis, Sr., 61, of Edgewood Dr., formerly of Roanoke Rapids, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born April 29, 1955 in Roanoke Rapids, he was the son of the late Wilbur Davis and the late Louise Stansbury Davis. Mr. Davis was a welder, loved his family, music, motorcycles and fishing at the outer banks.

He is survived by his son, Gary Davis, Jr. and wife Shyanne of High Point; step-sons, Nicholas Cox and wife June of Burlington and Gary Harris and wife Kayleigh of Roanoke Rapids; sister, Linda Rose of Roanoke Rapids and twin sister, Sherry Davis of Las Vegas; grandchildren, Nicholas, Jr., Adalynn, Jordan, Kainan, and Kasney.

Services will be conducted in Roanoke Rapids.

Wright Cremation & Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
