Gadson Ronal Roddenberry, 78, of Westchester Dr., passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Spring Arbor of Thomasville.

Born January 12, 1938 in Charlton County, GA, he was a son of the late James Gadson Roddenberry and the late Bernice Chesser Roddenberry. Mr. Roddenberry was a retired builder and attended Thomasville Church of God.

He is survived by his wife Hazel Aldridge Roddenberry of the home, sons, Delbert Roddenberry and wife Anna of Cary, Kawood Roddenberry  and wife Sandra of Lakeland, FL, and Myron Roddenberry and wife Marsha of Thomasville; daughter, Gale D. Roddenberry of Goldsboro; brother, Jack Roddenberry and wife Dorothy; sisters, Doris Lloyd and husband Allen, Katherine Lett, Deborah Todd, Latrelle McDowell and husband, Kyle, Judy Dury and wife Reavis and Sheila Carter and husband Tommy all of Folkston, GA; grandchildren, Joey, Rebecca, Megan, Laura, Phillip, Nathan, Amelia and Landon; great-granddaughter, Milania.

Memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 PM Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Thomasville Church of God with Rev. Alan Greene officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
