Frank Earl Dills

Frank Earl Dills, 86, of Archdale, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023, at his home.

Born August 8, 1937, in Macon County, he was a son of the late Earl Dills and the late Maude Passmore Dills. Frank was a member of the US Army National Guard, and was the owner operator of North State Transport. He also pastored Harvest Baptist Church in Pennsylvania.

Frank is survived by his wife Dorothy Smith Dills of the home; sons, Wesley Matthew Dills and wife Linda of Trinity, and Russell Barton Dills and wife Sandy of Sophia; brother, Joe Dills of Jamestown; sisters, Beryl Mashburn of Jamestown, and Jan Dills of Nantahala; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at Lakeview Memorial Park in Greensboro with Rev. Lamont Scott officiating.
