Fern Edwards

Vida “Fern” Lowe Edwards, 85, of Archdale, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Graybrier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Trinity.

Born January 20, 1940, in Belfry, Kentucky; she was a daughter of the late Guy Hager Lowe and the late Lucy Varney Lowe.

Left to cherish her memory; her sisters, Joyce Faye Cross and husband Richard of Archdale and Eleanore Hunt; and brother, Guy Williard Lowe and wife, Ethel of Kentucky.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Gene “Billy” Edwards.

Graveside service will be 10:00 AM Friday, October 24, 2025, in Floral Garden Memorial Park with Pastor Guy Lowe officiating.

The family will greet friends following the service.
