Evelyn Morris Younts

Evelyn Morris Younts, 92, of Trinity, North Carolina passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.

Evelyn was born in Davidson County to Moody A. Morris and Eunis Snyder on February 9, 1928.   She was married to the late Lloyd Birt Younts.  She worked as a Boarder in the Textile Mill industry for many years.  She was a member of Tabernacle United Methodist Church in Trinity.  Evelyn enjoyed being outside and working in her yard.  She loved and adored her grandkids.

Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Birt Younts, son, Bobby Lee Younts and her parents.

Evelyn is survived by her son Michael L. Younts and wife Ernestine; daughter, Wendy Y. Brown; daughter-in-law Wanda Younts; sister, Dean Chandler and husband Benny; grandchildren Chris Younts, Bobby Younts II, Jennifer Younts, and Maya Brown; and 4 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Satruday, December 12, 2020 at Tabernacle United Methodist Church, 213 Tabernacle Church Road, Trinity with Rev. Harold Bumby of Providence Wesleyan and Rev. Bobby Chaney of Tabernacle United Methodist officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be given to the Hospice of Davidson County.
