Eugene Clifford Smith

Eugene Clifford Smith, 80, of Archdale, passed away on January 19, 2021.

Eugene was born in Crawford, Ohio to Mary Elizabeth Arnold Smith and Ray Edward Smith on June 19, 1940.  He was co-owner of Pride Manufacturing with his brother William Smith for over 30 years. He also loved to work on bicycles and clocks at his repair store. He was a simple man that will be missed by his family and friends.

Eugene is preceded in death by his mother Mary Elizabeth Arnold Smith and his father Ray Edward Smith.

Eugene is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 65 years Judith Jean Smith, his daughter Jodi Kaye Ulinski husband Matt, his son Eugene Douglas Smith wife Diane, his sister Virginia Howell, and his brothers William Ray Smith, Donald Dean Smith, and Edward Bigelow, his grandchildren Tyler, Kati, Ben, Liesha, Chris, Cole, and Kyle, his great grandchildren Ava, Braden, Avery, Emerald, Marissa, Emma, Reagan, Shae, Hannah, Faith, Evelyn, and Ava, he also leaves behind his great great grandchild Brianne.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
