Erarae "Libby" (Forrest) Shelton

Erarae "Libby" Forrest Shelton, 88, of High Point, North Carolina, passed away on January 2, 2019 in High Point, North Carolina.

Erarae was born in Shoals, Surry County North Carolina to Eugene Forrest and Eula Rae (Baker) on September 2, 1930.  She graduated from Alamance High School in 1949.  She was married to Zeb E. Shelton and was a home maker. She loved reading and enjoyed traveling.  Her grandchildren brought great joy to her life and she enjoyed spending time with them.

Erarae is preceded in death by parents, Eugene and Eula Forrest; husband, Zeb E. Shelton and son, Jeffrey D. Shelton.

Erarae is survived by two sons, Keith Barrett Shelton and wife Kate, Guy Shelton and wife Penny.  She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
