Eartle "Ray" Nance

Eartle “Ray” Nance, 67, of Trinity, passed away on May 26, 2020 at Wake Forest Medical Center of High Point.

Ray was born in Robeson, NC to Ruth Norton Gordon and JB Nance on June 28, 1952. He loved carpentry and going fishing every chance he could. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was genuinely loved and will be missed by his family and friends.

Ray is preceded in death by his mother Ruth Norton Gordon, his father JB Nance and his brother David Earl Nance.

Ray is survived by his daughter Bethany Nance, his sons Thaddius Ray Nance, Craig Nance (Renee), Timothy Nance (Rhonda), and Tanner Nance (Montana), his sister Linnie Ruth Plowman (Don), his brothers James Alvin Nance (Wanda) and Joey Luther Nance, his grandchildren Dustin, Carlee, Evan, Hunter, Jacob, Lucas, Holly, Annabeth, Kellan, Parker, Kailianna, Coltan, and Karter, he also leaves behind a special loved one Edward Nance, many Cousins, Aunts, and Uncles.

The Family will be receiving visitors from 11am-1pm Friday May 29, 2020 immediately followed by the Funeral service at 1pm at Archdale Assembly of God located at 4405 Archdale Road, Archdale, NC 27263. Burial will follow at Guil-Rand Memorial Park located at 1550 Hwy 62 West, High Point, NC 27263. Pastor Billy Myers will be officiating.
