Earlie Benzil Marion

Earlie Benzil Marion, 69, of Archdale, passed away on February 5, 2022 peacefully at his residence.

Earlie was born in Randolph County to Dora Luther Marion and Beachel Jennings Marion on June 9, 1952. He was married to the love of his life Carol Marion for 45 years. He was a simple man that loved music especially playing the bass guitar. He also loved anything to do with Ford vehicles and going camping with family and friends. He really enjoyed helping people anyway he could. He also loved spending time with his dog Gracie Ann.

Earlie is preceded in death by his mother Doro Jewel Marion, his father Beachel Jennings Marion, his sister Faye Hubbard, and his brother Dean Marion.

Earlie is survived by his wife Carol Ann Marion, his daughter Tonya Lynn Medford, his son Derrick Marion, his sister Patsy Marion, his brother Bobby Marion wife Patsy, his grandchildren Tony Wayne Merrill, Drew Douglas Merrill, Drake Marion, and Camie Marion, he also leaves behind his great grandchildren Carley Marion, Reece Merrill, Evelyn Rose Merrill, and Carson Marion.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1pm February 19, 2022 at New Life Baptist Church located at 1100 East Fairfield Road, High Point, NC 27263.
