Donna Jean Harrison Yaudes, 75, of High Point, passed away Friday, June 28, 2019, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born August 9, 1943, in Madison Wisconsin, she was a daughter of the late Francis Harrison and the late Mayme Mitchell Harrison. Mrs. Yaudes graduated from Edgewood High School and attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Upon graduation of her three sons, Donna worked numerous years in the travel industry.  She was also very active in her church and assisted in multiple ministries.  For the past eighteen years, Donna found her main joy in following and engaging in the various activities of her beloved grandchildren; all of whom will miss her greatly.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-one years, Thomas Yaudes of the home; sons, Scott Yaudes and wife Annette of High Point, and Jason Yaudes and wife Jenny of Cornelius; daughter-in-law, Emily Theil and husband Matthew of High Point; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Reese, Scott, Kaylee, Kamryn, Sarah Brian, and Adam.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Brian Yaudes, brothers, Dean Harrison, and Donald Harrison; and sister, Shirley Harrison Esser.

A Christian mass of celebration will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (High Point) preceded by a visitation at 10:00 AM.  The celebrant for the mass will be Father Thomas Norris, O.S.F.S.  Donna Yaudes will be inurned in the columbarium at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
