Donald Dale Retallack

Donald Dale Retallack, 80, of Summerfield, NC, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 4, 2022.

Don was born on June 30, 1942, in Johnstown, PA to the late Dale Retallack and Agnes Mapstone Retallack.  He attended Westwood Church in Ocoee, FL, and for many years served as elder. Don loved sports of all kinds and especially enjoyed playing golf and attending his grandchildren’s sports events.  His life was one of kindness, love and care for others.

Don was preceded in death by his son, Wesley Retallack and siblings, Arthur Retallack, Ruth Rambo, Priscilla Wilson and Sara Clark.

He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-six years, Ginny Retallack; son, Brett (Jennifer) Retallack; daughter Brooke (Cory) Anderson; grandchildren, Aaron and Aiden Retallack, Ellie, Ava, Claire, Chloe and Heidi Anderson. He is also survived by his brother, Bruce Retallack.

Don honorably served in the U S Army and was discharged in 1966 at which time he relocated to Orlando. He worked in banking, owned several businesses and served as a funeral counselor before retirement.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Westwood Church, 4414 Apopka Vineland Rd., Ocoee, FL. 32818.
