Dewey Gerald Martin, 63, of Lexington, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018, at his home.

Born June 23, 1954, in Martinsville, VA, he was a son of the late Dewey Gale Martin and the late Mildred Marie Roberts Martin. Mr. Martin was employed with Stanley Furniture.

He is survived by his son, Joey Martin of Lexington; daughter, Pamela Frazier and husband Troy of Alabama; sister, Shirley Moore and husband Albert of Thomasville; nieces, Pamela Nunnery of Archdale, Lisa Hinson Pullum of Lexington, Michelle Hinson Riggs of Greensboro; and three grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Donna Hinson, and Wanda Howard.

Services will be private.
