Deitra Vereen Lucas

Deitra Vereen Lucas, 76, of High Point, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2022, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born December 17, 1945, in Davidson County, she was the daughter of the late Coleen Strider.  Deitra worked in the door department for Marsh Furniture for many years.

She is survived by her husband, James Lucas of the home, several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday, April 11, 2022, in the chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations, High Point with Rev. Terry White officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
