Debra Lynn (Gibson) English

Debra Lynn English, 63, of High Point, NC, passed away on December 29, 2021 at High Point Medical Center.

Debra was born in High Point, NC to Elaine Spoon and Phillip Gibson Sr on August 27, 1958. She was married to the love of her life Terry English for 45 years. She was a simple woman that loved yard sales and playing Bingo. She truly loved visiting the beach and seeing dolphins and lighthouses. She loved to laugh and make everyone around her laugh as well. Her smile will always be remembered.

Debra is preceded in death by her son Michael English, her mother Elaine Spoon, her father Phillip Gibson Sr, and her brothers Toby Lee and Tracy Shuler.

Debra is survived by her husband Terry English, her son Alan English (Kathy), her sister Tina Yates (Deuce) and Amanda Lee (Duane), her brothers Keith Gibson, Phillips Gibson Jr, Bobo Gibson (Misty), and JR Shuler (Virginia), her stepmother Violet Gibson, her grandchildren Brandon English (Kayla) and Angel English, her great grandchildren Wyatt English, Hailey Thompson, and Michael Thompson.

A visitation will be held at 10am Saturday January 8, 2022 immediately followed by the funeral service at 11am at Archdale Assembly of God located at 4405 Archdale Road, Archdale, NC 27263. The committal will follow service at Guil-Rand Memorial Park located at 1550 Hwy 62 West, High Point, NC 27263.
