Dean Keith Goodwin

Dean Keith Goodwin, 70, of Sophia, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Randolph Hospice House.

Born November 5, 1954, in Guilford County, he was a son of the late Dean Goodwin and the late Betty Mason Goodwin.  Dean worked in shipping and receiving at OFS Furniture. He loved fishing, and everything about racing with a special love of Caraway Speedway.  And, he especially loved spending time with grandkids on family vacations.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Minor Goodwin of the home; step son, Kenny Coe of the home; step daughters, Reba Coe of Archdale, Dusty Coe of Sophia, and Victoria Stamey of the home; sister, Kathy Goodwin Adams of St. Augustine, FL; and nine grandchildren.
