Curt Mcdonald

James (Curt) Curtis McDonald, 93, of High Point, passed away Friday, November 12, 2021, at the Hospice Home at High Point.

Born February 18, 1928, in Guilford County, he was a son of the late Preston LeRoy McDonald and the late Ruby Morrison McDonald.  Curt worked as a manager in hosiery and textiles and was a member of First Methodist Church.  He also graduated from High Point College, now High Point University where he played football in 1951.

He is survived by his wife Betty Wade McDonald of the home; sons, Jim McDonald of High Point, Mark McDonald of Tulsa, OK, and Curtis McDonald of Greensboro.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, William (Bill) McDonald.

Family services will be planned at a later date.
