Cora (White) Ratchford

Cora White Ratchford, 78, of High Point, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at High Point Medical Center.

Born April 21, 1947, in York, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late George White and the late Rosa Mae Curry White.

She is survived by her son, Richard Ratchford, Jr.  and wife Tracy of Texas; brother, George White; sisters, Mary White, and Glendia White Peterson; grandchildren, Havlyn Ratchford, and Shunequa Ratchford; and great-grandson, Shamar Williamson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Earl Ratchford, Sr.; brothers, Walter White, Will White, Charles White, and Cornelius “Neal” White; sisters, Lindia White, and Dorothy White.
