Phillip Cody Waller, 24, of Lexington passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020, in Trinity.

Born May 26, 1996, in Davidson County, he was the son of James Michael Waller and Joy Pressley Goins.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his girlfriend, Jasmine Hughes; their unborn daughter, Lilith; and sister, Hayley Stafford.
