Cody Ortiz

Matthew Cody Ortiz, 34, of Thomasville, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025, unexpectantly at his home.

Born November 21, 1990, in Thomasville, to Raymond Ortiz and Elizabeth Hill Stanley.

He was survived by his father, Raymond Ortiz and wife Niki; mother, Elizabeth Stanley and husband Mark; brothers, Daniel Summit and Ian Stanley; sisters, Tasheena Brown (Marcus), Kaitlyn Ortiz (Dylan Parker), and Sydney Ortiz; along with several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be 1:00 PM Sunday, April 6, 2025, in the fellowship hall of Silver Valley Fire Department, 11450 NC 109, Lexington, NC  27292.
