Clayton Charlie Tuggle, 93, of High Point, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018, at Graybrier Nursing and Rehab.

Born April 10, 1925, in Stokes County, he was a son of the late Harry Tuggle and the late Lou Ella Nelson Tuggle. Mr. Tuggle was a US Navy veteran and was a retired supervisor with Carolina Container.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Cox Tuggle of the home, sons, Michael Tuggle and wife Julie of Charlotte, and Joel Tuggle and wife Tammie of Archdale; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Cynthia Tuggle; and nine siblings.
