Christine Ada (Wilkins) Henry

Christine Ada Wilkins Henry, 92, of Trinity, passed away, Saturday, May 31, 2025, at her daughter’s home.

Born December 30, 1932, in Stokes County, she was a daughter of the late Charlie Wilkins and the late Belle Lemons Wilkins. She was a charter member of Springfield Baptist Church and taught Sunday School for 42 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Reta Ivey and husband Ricky, of Trinity; son; David Henry of High Point; brothers, Terry Wilkins (Shirley), Leo Wilkins, all of Madison; sister, Brenda Price (Thomas); grandchildren, Danielle Cox (Justin), Katie Malcolm (Cody), Kelly Boles; great grandchildren, Andrew Cox, Adrianna Cox, Xander Cox, Adalyn Boles, Brooklyn Boles, and Caden Boles.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J B Henry; brothers, Donnie Wilkins, Junior Wilkins and Dean Wilkins; sisters, Catherine Duggins, Ramona Priddy, Ruth Shaffer; great grandchild, Logan Cox;  and daughter in law, Lori Henry.

Funeral services will be 2:00PM Wednesday, June 4, 2025, in the Archdale Chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with the Reverend Jeff Stone officiating.

Burial will follow in the Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-1:45PM prior to the service.
