John Christopher Robinson, 56, of Greensboro, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at his home.
Born December 7, 1961, in Hickory, he was a son of the late John Lawrence Robinson and the late Mildred Bentley Robinson. For twenty-five years, Mr. Robinson was the vice president of Southern Paint Company, and drove a bus for Gospel Light Baptist Church for ten years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who was very involved in his grandchildren’s lives.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years, Donna Bartley Robinson of the home; daughters, Crystal Jones and husband, Ronnie of Greensboro, Tabatha Bethea and husband Marcus of Greensboro, and Casey Hodges and husband John of Liberty; brothers, Rogers Bentley, Donald Barlow, Elijah Robinson, Huck Robinson, and Dennis Robinson; sisters, Anna Lea Langley, Lori Knight-Evans, and Michelle Curry; and nine grandchildren.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Redeeming Love Worship Center in High Point with Brother Frank Shumate officiating.
