Charles Erwin Hagans, 70, of High Point, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born March 18, 1947, in Guilford County, he was a son of the late Walter Monroe Hagans and the late Doris Johnson Hagans. Mr. Hagans was a retired auto mechanic.

He is survived by his longtime companion, Dottie Sue Wiley of High Point; and brother, Jimmy Hagans and wife Dolores of Trinity.

Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at Lakeview Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Doug McGee officiating. Burial will be private at Floral Garden Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM Tuesday prior to the service at the church.
