Casey Kay Payne, 26, of Archdale, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Moses Cone Hospital.
Born April 9, 1991, in High Point, she was a daughter of Timothy Payne (Sherrie) of Lexington, and the late Terri Lynn Shepard Payne.
In addition to her father and step-mother, she is survived by her sons, Paitan Ball and Isaiah Payne; grandparents, Sandra Shepard, James Payne and Wendell Shepard; brothers, Justin Payne; step-brothers, Brad Payne, T.J. Payne, Shawn Payne, and Nathan Owens, and special cousin, Ann Reece.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 27, 2018, at Bible Missionary Baptist Church in Rockwell, NC with Rev. Tony Sparks and Rev. Cody Zorn.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service at the church.
Casey loved her family and her family loved her.
