Carla Shean Fann

Carla Shean Fann, 64, of Supply, NC passed away on January 14, 2021 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC.

Carla was born in High Point, NC to Dottie Montgomery Shean and Carl Shean on August 13, 1956. She lived in High Point all of her life until 2007 and then she moved to Lexington, NC to be closer to her grandbabies. In 2018, Carla moved to Holden Beach to live with her mother following the death of her beloved father.

Carla loved the Lord, going to church, and worshipping through music. She loved to play the piano, plant flowers, and loved to go fishing when time would allow. She loved being near the water whether it be the lake or the ocean. She loved to cheer her family on no matter what sport they played. She was a huge Duke Blue Devils fan. More than anything, Carla loved spending time with her 5 grandchildren.

Carla is preceded in death by her father, Carl Shean.

Carla is survived by her daughter Mindy Fann (Glenn), her son Chris Fann (HanMi), her mother Dottie Shean, her sister Melinda "Tootie" Dickerson (Robert "Bubba"), her brother Gerald Shean (Mariea), her grandchildren Tyler Harris, Sage Fann, Hayden Fann, Cadence Allen, and Phoenix Fann. She also leaves behind nephews Doug Berrier (Anjie), David Berrier, and Justus Shean.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 2-5pm Saturday February 6, 2021 at Board & Batton located at 964 Marvin Hedrick Road, Lexington, NC 27292.
