Carl Augustus George, 75, of High Point, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2019, at his home.
Born September 20, 1943, in Tunapuna, Trinidad and Tobago, he was a son of the late Phillip George, II and the late Sadie Austin George.
He was the loving husband of Cynthia Williams George of the home; daughter, Sandra Wilson and husband Bruce of Jamestown; stepson, Robert Mullen; brothers, Kenneth George, and Phillip George, III; sisters, Angela George, and Phyllis Wilson, and grandson, David Lee Robinson, III.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael George.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 17, 2019, at Hilliard Memorial Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends following the service.
