Carl Hutson Brown, 84, of High Point, passed away Monday December 25, 2017 at High Point Regional Hospital.

Born March 3, 1933, in Randolph County, he was a son of the late Lawrence Conway Brown, Sr., and the late Addie Hutson Brown. Mr. Brown was a Staff Sargent in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Culp, Inc., and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife Frances Price Brown of the home; daughter, Sandra Leigh Stiles and husband Jeffrey of Mullins, SC; and grandson, Christopher Stiles; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Terri Lyn Brown on September 8, 2016; twin sister, Carleene Kearns; and brother Lawrence C. Brown, Jr.

Services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, December 29, 2017, at Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Morris Little officiating. Entombment will be at Floral Garden Park.

The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
