Carey William Mcneill Sr

Carey William McNeill Sr, 73, of Trinity, NC, passed away on December 26, 2021 peacefully at his residence.

Carey was born in High Point, NC to Wanda Kennedy McNeil and William McNeil Sr on August 10, 1948. He served in the United States Army and was a member of the 82 Airborne in Vietnam. He was a hard worker all his life. He loved horses and loved to be around people. He loved to help people whenever he could. His pride and joy was spending time with his grandkids.

Carey is preceded in death by his wife Ellen Daugherty McNeill, his mother Wanda Kennedy McNeill, his father William Shelton McNeill and brother Tony McNeill.

Carey is survived by his daughter Cindy Schofield husband Bob, his sons Carey McNeill Jr wife Jennifer and Heath McNeill wife Kim, his sister Myra Kirkman husband Butch, his grandchildren Will, Owen, Rylee, Mattie, Maddox, he also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday January 2nd, 2022 from 2pm-5pm at Hollyridge Golf Links located at 7933 US-311 Archdale, NC 27263.
