Brian Cecil Dailey, 61, passed away on June 7, 2026, after a long illness.
Born and raised in High Point, he was a son of the late Bonnie Ruth Beshears Dailey, and Judson Cecil Dailey.
Brian graduated from High Point Central High School and spent his entire career in the furniture industry. As a sales representative at Furnitureland South, Brian earned numerous awards and was recognized for his dedication, work ethic, and ability to connect with customers.
In 2002, Brian fulfilled a lifelong dream when he built his dream home. He loved spending time there with his family and his faithful dog, Cecil.
Brian was a devoted son and father. He shared a special bond with his mother, whose passing three years ago left a tremendous void in his life.
Five years ago, Brian suffered an anoxic brain injury, a life-changing event that led to years of health challenges. Through it all, he showed resilience and was supported by those who loved and cared for him, especially his sister Cheryl.
Left to cherish his memory; son, Dillon Dailey; father, Judson Dailey; sisters, Cheryl Dailey Hall and husband Larry, and Kandi Mussallem and husband James; brother, Jason Dailey and wife Shannon; his nephews Clark Hall and Buddy Mussallem; and nieces, Ivy Dailey, Kendle Hall and Caroline Mussallem.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his life partner, Ginny.
Funeral will be 2:00PM Wednesday, June 10, 2026, in the High Point Chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Rev. Michael Mabe officiating.
Burial will follow in the Guil-Rand Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 1:00-1:45PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
May Brian’s memory be a blessing to all who loved him.
