Brenda Ann Thomas

Brenda Ann Thomas, 72, of High Point, NC, passed away on July 26, 2019 at NC Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem, NC.

Brenda was born in High Point, NC to John Woodward and Mittie Bell Woodward on October 31, 1945.  She went to school at High Point Central where she received her diploma in 1962. She married George Barry Thomas on October 16, 1963 in High Point, NC. Brenda and George celebrated 55 wonderful years of marriage together. She worked at A Cleaner World, Heritage Furniture & Stanton Cooper Limited for about 20 years. She later retired from Baker Furniture in December 2018 where she worked for over 34 years.

Brenda is preceded in death by her father John Reece Woodward, her brother Larry Reece Woodward and her son William Randall Thomas.

Brenda is survived by her husband George Barry Thomas, her son Paul Edward Thomas wife Cathy of Snow Camp, her daughter Terri Lynn Pait husband Eli of Burlington, her sister Wanda Haskins husband Wayne of Gastonia, her mother Mittie Bell Woodward, her grandchildren Cody, Cael, and Sabrina, her great grandchildren Olivia and Grayson. She is also survived by a variance of Aunt, Uncles and Cousins.

The Family will be having a Visitation / Informal Celebration of Life from 1pm-3pm on July 31st, 2019 at Guil-rand Memorial Park located at 1550 Hwy 62 West, High Point, NC 27263.

Arrangements are by Guil-Rand Funeral & Cremation Service.
