Bonnie Faye (Dinkins) Berry

Bonnie Faye Dinkins Berry ”Granny Bonnie”, 84, of Archdale, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Westwood Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Born August 13, 1938, in Georgetown, SC, she was the daughter of the late Grady Mack Dinkins, Sr. and the late Edna Louise Willett Dinkins. Granny Bonnie enjoyed fishing with her grandchildren, working in her yard, and tending to her chickens.

She is survived by son, Tim Berry (Lynn) of Archdale; daughters, Tina Davis (Richard Patterson) of Greenville, SC and Christy Berry of Wasilla, AK; grandchildren, Justin Davis, Shawn Davis, Amanda Berry, Joshua Berry, Heather Jones, Taylor Berry, Kimberly Maresh, and AJ Maresh; and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert Jones; and brothers, Grady Dinkins and Billy Dinkins.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM Monday, June 5, 2023, at Wright Funerals-Cremations, Archdale.
