Bobby Lamonds

Bobby Gene Lamonds, 79, of Archdale, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Westwood Health and Rehabilitation.

Born November 8, 1946, in Troy, NC, to the late Floyd Edward Lamonds and the late Juanita Shelton Lamonds.

Bobby served in the US Navy and retired from Clayson’s hosiery mill.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Edward Lamonds and Clifton Lamonds.

Left to cherish his memory; his daughter, Stephanie Cruthis and husband Thomas; son, Steve Lamonds; grandchildren, Nathan Lamonds, Madison Lamonds, Dawson Lamonds, Cameron Lamonds, Hayden Cruthis, Hayden Cruthis, Zoey Cruthis, Landyn Cruthis, and Gavin Cruthis; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Joy Hare; and numerous extended family members.

No formal arrangements have been made at this time.
