B.J. Younts

Robert (B.J.) Dwayne Younts, Jr., 36, of Thomasville, passed away Monday, April 22, 2024, at his home.

Born April 16, 1988, in Davidson County, he was a son to Angela Davis Hedwin (Gary) and the late Robert D. Younts, Sr.  BJ was a finisher for Rinker Concrete Materials.  He was a loving Daddy who loved his daughter very much and adored his nieces and nephews.  B.J. was best described as a very smart person and a “go getter”.

In addition to his mother and stepfather, he is survived by a daughter, Ryleigh Younts of High Point; sister, Crystal Loflin (Derek) of Thomasville; grandmothers, Pat Younts and Linda Davis; nephews, Brayden (Mary) and Tyler; nieces, Hanna and Caroline; great niece, Adeline; and girlfriend, Jessica.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by grandfathers, Joe Younts and L.G. Davis.
