Billy Wayne Rierson

Billy Wayne Rierson, 71, of High Rock Lake, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024, at his home.

Born October 27, 1952, in Guilford County, he was a son of the late Arnold Jackson Rierson and the late Helen Church Rierson. Bill attended Ledford High School, was a US Army veteran, and was a retired driver with Kennedy Oil.

He is survived by his brother, Larry Rierson and wife Betty of Winston-Salem, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Arnold Eugene Carter and David Allen Rierson.

Memorial services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Sunday September 15, 2024, at Samaritan Baptist Church in Winston-Salem with Rev. Danny Smith officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
