Billy Wayne Duncan, 63, of High Point passed away Friday, July 27, 2018, at his home.

He was born May 22, 1955 in Guilford County to the late William Monroe and Shirley Arrowood Duncan. He was a construction worker. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Wesley and Donald Ray Duncan.

He is survived by three brothers, Robert Monroe Duncan (Lavonda) of High Point; James Michael Duncan of Archdale; Roy Lee Duncan of Thomasville; sister, Brenda Duncan Holbrook (Michael) of Thomasville.
