Billie Faye (Capps) Nance

Billie Faye Capps Nance, 86, of Jamestown, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at Beacon Place Hospice.

Born June 26, 1936, in Guilford County, she was a daughter of the late Sam Capps and the late Margaret Bolton Capps. Billie loved the Lord and was a member of Gate City Baptist Church. Prior to her membership at Gate City, she served on the hospitality committee and taught Sunday School at Southside Baptist Church. She was a retired realtor with Kavanaugh Homes and loved working in her flower garden.

She is survived by her husband, Curtis “Buddy” Nance of the home.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, and two sisters.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Gate City Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Guilford Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 12:45 PM prior to the service at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to Gate City Baptist Church or Authora Care Hospice.
