Bill James Byerly, Jr

William (Bill) James Byerly, Jr., 62, of Thomasville, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Forsyth Medical Center.

Born July 8, 1964, in Davidson County, he was the son of the late William James Byerly, Sr., and the late Jeanette Sink Leary.  Bill attended East Davidson High School and worked with his dad installing and maintaining pools for many years. He also loved being at home and having a garden.

He is survived by his stepfather, Thomas Leary of Longs, South Carolina; stepsisters, Angie Welch and Ginger Ramey; aunt, Ann Holder; cousins, Angie Lomax and Kelby McDaniel; and many friends and neighbors.
