Betty Garrett Jayne

Betty Garrett Jayne, 75, of Trinity, passed away on November 10, 2020 at her residence.

Betty was born in High Point, NC to Velva and Claude Garrett on November 18, 1944. She was a member at New Covenant Church of God in Archdale, NC, and absolutely loved praising her Lord and Savior. She also loved gardening, baking, and visiting the mountains when time would allow. Her favorite times were with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a very kindhearted person and will truly be missed.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband David M. Jayne, her mother Velva Garrett, her father Claude Garrett, her sister Linda Garrett, and her brothers Vernon Garrett, Charlie Garrett, and Harold Garrett.

Betty is survived by her daughters Rita Epperson (Mickey), Tammy Clark (Jack), and Angie Moser (Darin), her sisters Jeanette Mitchell, Ruth Bowman, and Rama Chance, her brothers Glenn Garrett (Angel) and James Garrett (Cathy), her grandchildren Matthew, Tabitha, Joshua, Bryan, and Jonathan, her great grandchildren Caben, Camden, Payton, Naomi, Eli, Thea, and Ayla, she also leaves behind many cousins and other family members that she loved dearly.

Due to certain Government regulations at this time a Celebration of Life will be held at a later time and date.
