Bethany Lauren Capps

Bethany Lauren Capps, 29, passed away at her residence in Archdale on August 27th, 2021.

Bethany was born on December 29th, 1991 to Larry Capps and Amy Varner. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Amy Varner. Bethany was an amazing artist. She enjoyed nature and muscle cars. Throughout her life, she participated in marching band. She entered multiple art competitions and was a member of her high school’s gun club. Bethany was a member of the Southwestern Randolph High School graduating class of 2011. She always brought such a light to everyone around her. Her free spirit will live on in all of us.

Left behind are her father, Larry Capps and his wife, Lori of Franklinville; her Grandmother, Elsie Workman of Thomasville; her brothers, Alan Varner of Thomasville, John Buie of Thomasville, and Chris Ward and his wife, Nina of Lexington; her sisters, Hannah Woods and husband Jamie of Greensboro, Ashley Trotter and husband Teddy of Thomasville, Christina Salisbury and husband Brian of Lexington, and Brittany Miller of Franklinville. Also left behind are Sherry Adams and her husband Jerry of Greensboro, four beautiful children, and an abundance of nephews and nieces.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Oak Hollow Lake at 3pm on September 26th, 2021.
