Anna Chianta Proposito

Anna Chianta Proposito, 86, of Summerfield, passed away Friday, December 19, 2025, at the Hospice Home of High Point.

Born November 11, 1939, in Italy, she was a daughter to the late Alessandro Chianta and the late Filomena Cerro.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Beniamino Propostino, who passed away March 5, 2020.

She is survived by his sons, Aldo Proposito (Giovanna) of Summerfield, Ivo Proposito (Gloria) of Greensboro, and Luigi Proposito (Valeria) of Italy; six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

The family will gather privately at the funeral home.
