Ann Carley Cotter-Kelley, 63, of High Point, formerly of Rhode Island, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2026, at her home.
Born August 12, 1962, in Buffalo, New York, she was a daughter of Mary Ellen Brosnahan Cotter of Buffalo, New York and the late William Cotter. Ann was a deeply loving person whose sharp wit and strong personality brought joy to everyone around her. The profound empathy and boundless love she felt for her family extended to her friends and school communities. Ann will live on in the stories, laughter, and memories of her loved ones, who will miss her deeply always, especially when the Bills win.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Rob Kelley of High Point; children, Caroline Kelley, of Bristol, RI, Connor Kelley and fiancée Holly Pettus of Charlestown, RI, Emily Kelley of Somerville, MA, and Kate Kelley of Amsterdam, Netherlands; sister, Betsy Mileham of Buffalo, NY; brothers, John Cotter and wife Sue of Cambridge, MA, David Cotter of Fredonia, NY, Kevin Cotter and wife Susan of Hanover, NH, Doug Cotter and wife Kelly of Buffalo, NY, and Chris Cotter and wife Orit of Montclair, NJ.
Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 23, 2026, at High Point Friends Meeting with Pastor Scott Wagoner officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service in The Ragan Fellowship Hall.
Additional services will take place in Buffalo, NY and Portsmouth, RI in July.
